You may know us as the retail division that once operated under Vortex Distribution LLC alongside our partners at Earth Spas USA. While we are proud of that history, today marks the beginning of a new, independent future for Dothan Hot Tub Warehouse.
As of May 1, 2025, Dothan Hot Tub Warehouse is now operated by Borah Logistics LLC, a locally based Alabama company. While our name, website, and spirit remain familiar, we have embraced a new business model designed to better serve our customers for years to come.
What’s New?
First and foremost: Dothan Hot Tub Warehouse is now a fully independent company.
We are no longer associated with Vortex Distribution LLC, Spas N Spares, or Earth Spas USA. Instead, we're excited to bring fresh energy and an even stronger commitment to delivering beautiful, high-quality spas at unbeatable prices.
As part of this change:

Our physical location in Dothan is now closed.
However, we remain fully operational—just in a new way! We’ve transitioned to an online-only business model, a move that allows us to eliminate costly overhead expenses like rent, utilities, showroom staffing, and more.
The result? Incredible savings we pass directly to you, the customer. -
We are now a retail dealer for Earth Spas and other trusted brands.
While you’ll still find many of the same amazing spas we’ve carried before, it’s important to note that we are no longer the manufacturer. We now proudly offer Earth Spas products as an independent dealer, along with other top-tier spa lines carefully selected for quality and value. -
Support is still here—just a little different.
We now handle all customer support exclusively by website and email. This helps us respond more efficiently and keeps our operations lean so we can continue offering unbeatable deals.
A Special Note for Our Previous Customers
If you purchased a spa through Dothan Hot Tub Warehouse prior to April 30, 2025, your spa was sold under the previous ownership by Vortex Distribution LLC. Although we are happy to assist with questions or point you in the right direction, please know that warranty support for these purchases is provided directly through Earth Spas (a brand owned by Vortex Distribution Limited, headquartered in the United Kingdom).
